The ancient covenant with the lake god said: the child of the king of deliverance would bare the next god of the lake and live out the rest of their days in bliss with the gods.

The time of deliverance was just a few days away and Keltori was to stand with his father and recite the ancient prayer that would bond his twin sister with the lake god. Unfortunately, he had been plagued with a reoccurring dream that robbed him of his concentration. The dream aroused and confused him at the same time. When he went to his sister for advice, she explained that the type of dream he was having only came to the women who were given to the lake god when they came of age…a dream that she should be having now, not him.
